By commissioning me, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions:General Terms
• I retain the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
• These terms may be updated at any time, with notice.Payment
• Full payment is required upfront before I begin work.
• I accept payment via PayPal. All prices are listed in USD.
• Tips are appreciated but not expected.Process & Turnaround
• I will provide updates at key stages (sketch, lineart, color, etc.).
• I will notify you of any delays.Revisions
• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch and lineart stages.
• Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
• Once the final piece is delivered, further changes will not be accepted.Usage Rights
• I retain all rights to the artwork.
• You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only (e.g. profile picture, wallpaper, etc.).
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or profit from the commissioned work (e.g. prints, merch, NFTs) without explicit written permission and a commercial agreement.
• You may not use my work for AI training, blockchain-related technologies, or NFTs under any circumstances.Refunds & Cancellations
• Full refunds are available only if I have not started the piece.
• If I’ve begun work, a partial refund may be given based on how much has been completed.
• No refunds will be given once the final piece is delivered.Communication
• Please keep communication respectful and prompt.
• Inactive or unresponsive clients (after 5 days) may result in cancellation of the commission without refund.If you have any questions, feel free to reach out on email before placing a commission.Thank you for supporting my work!
